🔹 1:1 and small group academic and emotional support
🔹 Support students’ independence, organisation and engagement
🔹 Help create calm, inclusive and productive classroom environments
🔹 Build positive relationships and support students with social and emotional regulation
🔹 Act as a bridge between students, staff and learning
