🔍 About the Role
You’ll work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support students with a range of learning and social needs.
Your role will combine academic support with emotional guidance — helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
👩🏫 Providing 1:1 and small-group support in lessons
🧩 Helping pupils build independence, confidence, and self-esteem
💬 Supporting behaviour management and classroom engagement
🌈 Creating calm, inclusive, and positive learning environments
📊 Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
