An Outstanding Sixth Form College in Birmingham is looking for a Psychology graduate with empathy, curiosity, and purpose to join their team as a Graduate Academic Learning Coach. You’ll work closely with students who need academic and emotional support—particularly those with additional needs—helping them build resilience, find their confidence, and engage more fully in learning.
Whether you're guiding students through exam anxiety, supporting SEN learners with focused strategies, or simply being a reliable, trusted presence—you’ll be part of something truly meaningful.
💬 What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups across a range of subjects.

Assisting with learning, motivation, and classroom confidence.

Offering calm, compassionate support to those experiencing emotional or mental health challenges.

Working alongside teachers and the SENCo to meet individual needs.

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
🎓 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

Hold a degree in Psychology (2:2 or above).
