Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team and support our primary students. The successful candidate will work closely with our educators to provide instructional support, foster a positive learning environment, and help our students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in preparing lesson plans and materials for primary students.
- Support students individually or in small groups to enhance their understanding of various subjects.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, school trips, and school events.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Provide feedback and assistance in student assessments and progress monitoring.
- Perform administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs tailored for primary students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A strong desire to work with children and make a meaningful impact on their lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Eager attitude to gain experience working with primary children (prior experience is an advantage but not required)
