Salary: £450 - £500 per week (term-time only)

Overview:
Our SEN school provides personalised pathways for students with complex needs, helping them thrive in their secondary education. As a Learning Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting their academic and personal development across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supporting Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt lessons and resources for SEN students.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, supporting the social and emotional well-being of all students.
- Help students build independence, self-esteem, and social skills.
- Work closely with the SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other staff to monitor and assess student progress.
- Participate in training and professional development to deepen your understanding of SEN support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A genuine desire to work with secondary-aged students and make a positive difference in their lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to gain experience with SEN learners (previous experience is a plus but not required).
