An Outstanding Sixth Form College in Birmingham is looking for a Law graduate with integrity, empathy, and ambition to join their team as a Graduate Academic Learning Coach. In this role, you’ll support students—especially those with additional needs—helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and believe in what they’re capable of.
Whether you’re breaking down complex ideas, mentoring students who struggle with focus, or encouraging resilience in moments of self-doubt, you’ll be part of a team making a real difference.
📚 What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups across Law, Humanities, or other A-Level subjects.

Helping learners develop their critical thinking, essay writing, and exam strategies.

Encouraging confidence and clarity in communication, debate, and argumentation.

Working closely with teaching staff and the SENCo to support a range of needs.

Creating a calm, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
