An Outstanding Sixth Form College in Birmingham is looking for an IT graduate with energy, empathy, and ambition to join their team as a Graduate Academic Learning Coach. You’ll work closely with students who need extra support in digital subjects—helping them build their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and believe in what’s possible.
Whether it’s troubleshooting tricky tasks, boosting confidence in coding, or just being a calm, reliable presence in a busy classroom—you’ll be part of something that matters.
🖥️ What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups across IT and Computer Science.

Helping learners with digital literacy, coursework and problem-solving.

Breaking down technical concepts into simple, engaging steps.

Working alongside teaching staff and the SEN team to support individual needs.

Encouraging curiosity, resilience, and creativity in a digital world.
