An Outstanding Sixth Form College in Birmingham is looking for a dedicated and caring Health & Social Care graduate to join their team as a Graduate Academic Learning Coach. You’ll support students—especially those with additional needs or emotional vulnerabilities—helping them engage with learning, feel understood, and thrive both academically and personally.
Whether you’re helping a student settle into the school day, building their confidence to complete coursework, or simply listening when they need a safe space—you’ll be making a real and lasting impact.
🤝 What You’ll Be Doing

Providing 1:1 and small group support in Health & Social Care and related subjects.

Helping students who face challenges with learning, focus, or emotional wellbeing.

Supporting learners with SEN or social needs under the guidance of teaching staff and the SENCo.

Promoting routines, resilience, and positive relationships in the classroom.

Encouraging self-care, empathy, and personal growth in a safe and inclusive environment.

Hold a degree in Health & Social Care, Public Health, or a related subject (2:2 or above).
