🔍 About the Role
You’ll work with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support for pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.
You’ll help students stay engaged, develop self-belief, and access the curriculum effectively.
The school also offers teacher training opportunities from September 2026 — making this a strong first step for aspiring teachers.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
🤝 Providing 1:1 and small-group support for SEND pupils
✏️ Assisting with personalised learning plans and intervention strategies
🌈 Encouraging positive behaviour, inclusion, and classroom participation
📚 Supporting pupils to develop confidence, resilience, and independence
🎯 Helping students engage with lessons and achieve their goals
📊 Tracking progress and adapting support to meet individual needs
