We're looking for passionate graduates to join a thriving secondary school as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, supporting young people across a range of subjects and needs.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 1:1 and small group support under the direction of teaching staff
🔹 Helping learners stay focused, organised and on track
🔹 Supporting behaviour management with kindness and consistency
🔹 Assisting with emotional and social development
🔹 Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels seen and supported
👀 Who We're Looking For
✅ A degree (2:2 or above) — any subject
✅ Strengths in English, maths, PE, art or music are a bonus
✅ A natural rapport with young people
✅ Compassion, resilience and a sense of humour
✅ A genuine desire to build a career working with children or young adults
