Shape A Life has partnered with a vibrant and inclusive SEN school in Pentyrch, Cardiff, supporting children and young people aged 3–19 with Autism, SEMH, and complex learning needs. We’re looking for Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join the classroom team and make a real difference — every single day.

📍 Location: Pentyrch, Cardiff
💷 Salary: £480–£500 per week
📅 Term-Time Only: Monday to Friday
📄 Contract Type: Full-time | Ongoing

Support students with their learning, communication, and daily routines
Work alongside teachers and therapists to meet individual needs
Encourage independence, confidence, and personal development
Follow Positive Behaviour Support Plans and keep clear records
Take ownership of learning spaces and contribute to risk assessments and off-site learning
Be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to providing outstanding support
