💸 £480–£500 per week (35 hours/week, Mon–Fri)

This is your chance to support students in Years 9 and 10 who need help to re-engage with learning, manage emotions, and build the resilience to thrive in KS4.
🔍 About the Role
You’ll work with pupils who have faced barriers to learning or spent time in nurture groups, supporting them to reconnect with GCSE content and routines.
Your focus will be emotional regulation, motivation, and self-belief — helping each student grow in confidence and independence.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
👥 Working 1:1 and in small groups with Y9–Y10 students
💬 Supporting emotional regulation and self-confidence
🧘 Helping students co-regulate and manage classroom challenges
📘 Encouraging re-engagement with KS4 learning and routines
🌈 Building trusted relationships that promote focus and achievement
👀 Who We’re Looking For
🎓 Psychology, Social Sciences, or related degree (2:2 or above)
💬 Patient, encouraging, and consistent approach
🤝 Excellent communication and listening skills
🧠 Interest in SEMH, inclusion, or behaviour support
