Shape A Life is working in partnership with a Children’s Residential Care Home in Pentyrch, Cardiff to offer graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience supporting children and young people with complex needs. You’ll become part of a dedicated and supportive team, making a real impact every single day.

💷 Salary: £13.60 per hour
📅 Start Date: ASAP
📄 Contract Type: Full-time | 35–40 hours/week | Temporary Shift Work (including 1 weekend per month)

Support young people with complex health, learning, and emotional needs
