School: SEN Sixth Form (Ages 18-25)
Salary: £480 - £520 per week (term-time only)

Working alongside our expert SENCo and Learning Support Assistant (LSA) team, you’ll gain hands-on knowledge and training, making this the perfect stepping stone into a rewarding career.
Your Role:
As a Further Education Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students by implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting resources with the classroom team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that nurtures emotional well-being and promotes independence.
- Help students build confidence, social skills, and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with the SENCo and staff to monitor progress and celebrate achievements.
- Participate in training and professional development to deepen your expertise in SEN.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and resilience.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- A willingness to gain SEN experience (prior experience is an advantage but not essential).
