🔍 About the Role
You’ll join a specialist SEN sixth form dedicated to empowering students through tailored learning and transition pathways.
Working alongside teachers, therapists, and the SENCo, you’ll help each learner reach personal milestones and prepare for adulthood.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
📘 Supporting students with Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
💬 Adapting classroom resources to meet sensory and learning needs
🌈 Encouraging independence, confidence, and social skills
🤝 Collaborating with staff to track progress and celebrate achievements
🎓 Taking part in professional training to develop SEN expertise
