You’ll support Year 11 pupils working towards a Grade 4 in GCSE English, helping them strengthen their reading, writing, and comprehension skills while building confidence and motivation.
🔍 About the Role
You’ll work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver focused English interventions for students who need extra support.
You’ll help learners close skill gaps, engage positively in lessons, and grow in confidence as they prepare for exams.
This school also offers teacher training from September 2026, providing a clear path into a long-term teaching career.

📖 Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to improve English skills
