🔍 About the Role
You’ll deliver Wave 1 and Wave 2 literacy interventions with students in Years 7–9.
You’ll work closely with teachers and the SENCO to close learning gaps, build confidence, and promote a love of reading and communication.
The role offers strong preparation for teacher training, educational psychology, or speech and language therapy.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
📖 Delivering small-group and 1:1 literacy sessions for KS3 students
✏️ Supporting classroom learning and progress in English
📊 Tracking pupil progress and reporting to the SENCO
🌟 Encouraging engagement, confidence, and resilience in learners

🎓 English or related degree (2:2 or above)
💬 Strong written and verbal communication skills
