Whether you’re a graduate eager to kickstart your career in care or an experienced support worker looking for a new challenge, this partnership offers a pathway to a fulfilling career.
We’re seeking individuals who are:
💞 Compassionate and dedicated to making a difference.
🎓 Hold a completed bachelor’s degree (2:2 or above).
👧 Have experience or interest in working with children, particularly those with additional needs.
🌱 Have a background or interest in SEND.
🤝 Flexible, proactive, and reliable, with excellent communication skills.
🌟 As a Support Worker, You Will:
